One argument, told by two people who disagree with each other. AI is the first technology in this industry's history that lowers the technical barrier instead of raising it, which makes it the biggest levelling opportunity women in tech have had. But it only levels if enough of the right people are shaping it before it sets, and right now they aren't.
The session ladders from something every person in the room can use on Monday morning, up to something that would have needed a development team two years ago. It is honest about what AI cannot fix, because the room will not trust us on the rest if we oversell.

Community Empowerment Stage
Five-minute slots for first-time speakers in a supportive and safe space, addressing an audience of between 60 and 100 people. These stages are facilitated by a host and we keep things simple, no presentations, no filming – just our amazing speakers taking their moment on stage cheered on by a community of women just like them
Booking Required
The Afternoon Sessions are only available to attend with a full day ticket for Empower Women In Tech Conference, Thursday 17th September 2026.
Women Who Lead and Career Clinic Sessions must be pre-booked and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
AI Tracks are open to all to attend.
The Community Empowerment Stages are open to all to attend but spaces are limited.
