Empower What's Next?

This is about stepping into the future with confidence, courage and collective strength. For women and underrepresented voices in tech and addressing that future is uncertain, the diversity which is needed in the industry is still lacking and organisations are stepping back from their promises.

This event is about pushing for change and empowering each other to influence and lead what comes next, whether that’s challenging the barriers and biases in leadership, embracing emerging technology and the roles within it or building inclusive communities, bonds and allyship.

We must move forward together, even when we feel vulnerable and especially when it feels imperfect, the future doesn’t wait but together we can create it.

Charity

Our chosen charity for 2025 is Smart Works

Empower Women in Tech Conference is a not-for-profit event which means every penny we make above covering our costs enables us to make a donation to charity.

This gives us the huge task every year of selecting a charity to benefit from our charitable donation.

Throughout our marketing campaigns, we actively fundraise for our chosen charity and create fundraising opportunities and brand presence for our charities through speaking opportunities and on-the-day activity at our events.

Since 2019  (as Reframe Women in Tech) we have supported charities including Pave The WaySunflower for Ukraine and Autistica.
