Since 2019, We’ve been hosting events that bring people together, building confidence, connection, and community for women in tech. We’ve seen the impact these moments create, but our mission is never complete, and we want to go further.

Some things you may not know about our event...

We actively champion first-time and early-stage speakers, never launching with a speaker lineup,

All of our speakers are selected via application process and benefit from speaker support from our experienced team

We keep ticket prices as low as possible

Children are welcome and encouraged at our events

Our event is not for profit, anything we make above covering our costs is donated to our chosen charity.

Our sponsorship options are accessible with a range of different packages covering elements of the event - there's something for everyone.
Charity
Empower Women in Tech Conference is a not-for-profit event which means every penny we make above covering our costs enables us to make a donation to charity.
This gives us the huge task every year of selecting a charity to benefit from our charitable donation.
Throughout our marketing campaigns, we actively fundraise for our chosen charity and create fundraising opportunities and brand presence for our charities through speaking opportunities and on-the-day activity at our events.
Since 2019 (as Reframe Women in Tech) we have supported charities including Pave The Way, Sunflower for Ukraine and Autistica.
